3. Customs & Duties

Explanation of taxes and fees for cross-border orders:

Our Policy: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience, our store uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. The price you pay at checkout already includes the cost of the items, shipping, and all import duties and taxes required for the destination country.

You Pay Nothing Extra:

Once the package arrives in your country/region, you will not need to pay any additional duties, VAT, or consumption taxes to local customs or the shipping carrier.

If any taxes or fees arise due to customs inspection, we (or our logistics partners) will bear and handle them directly.

Important Note: In rare cases, if local customs have questions about the package's value or classification, they may contact you to provide information to assist with clearance (e.g., identification). If this happens, our customer service team will contact you immediately to coordinate.


4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Some international orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a valid, physical delivery address where someone can receive the package.

Remote Areas: Orders shipped to remote areas (e.g., outlying islands, mountainous regions, polar regions) may experience longer delivery times or may incur additional remote area surcharges from the carrier. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm any additional costs before shipping.

Incorrect Address: If a package cannot be delivered or incurs additional forwarding costs due to an incorrect address provided by the recipient, these costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
