eHome HA RF Depanarea învăţării la distanţă

Problem

eHome HA cannot be found in LinknLink App, or a learned RF command does not control the appliance.

Cause

  • The device is not in setup mode when the add-device flow starts.
  • The device has not been added to LinknLink App or the RF panel has not been saved.
  • The RF device type or learning step does not match the original remote.

Solution

1. Confirm setup mode

Before adding eHome HA, confirm that the LED flashes intermittently: four quick flashes, a pause, and then the same pattern again. This indicates that the device is waiting to be added.

If the LED is not in this pattern, press and hold the reset button for about five seconds until the device resets and returns to setup mode.

2. Add eHome HA in LinknLink App

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone and open LinknLink App.
  2. Select +, choose Add Device, and select Add a New Device.
  3. Select eHome HA, choose the Wi-Fi network, and enter the Wi-Fi password.
  4. After setup completes, assign the device to a room and give it a clear name.

3. Create an RF panel and learn commands

  1. Open the eHome HA device page and select + in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose the RF device type from the list.
  3. Choose Add for HA when the RF device must be controlled from Home Assistant.
  4. Follow the app's learning instructions and press the requested button on the original RF remote only when prompted.
  5. Test the learned command in the app, save the RF panel, and test the saved panel again.

4. Verify the saved command

Test the important commands from the saved panel. If a command fails, relearn that command and save it before moving to the next command.

Troubleshooting

The app cannot find eHome HA

Confirm that the LED shows the intermittent setup pattern, Bluetooth is enabled, the app has the required permissions, and the phone is close to the device. If the device was configured before, reset it and start the add-device flow again.

The RF command is learned but the appliance does not respond

Check that the selected RF device type matches the appliance, repeat the learning step when prompted, and test the saved panel from a normal distance. If the command still fails, record the device model, RF device type, and failed command for support.

Only some buttons work

Relearn the failed buttons individually and wait for the app to confirm each command before saving.

Notes

  • Keep the original RF remote available during learning.
  • Learn one command at a time and save a working command before learning the next one.
  • Do not start RF learning until eHome HA has been added successfully.
